SkyePoint Decisions, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated, self-directed individual to fill the role of Management Analyst who will join a team of qualified, diverse individuals in Rosslyn, VA. The selected individual will become a part of a team providing Senior Level Professional Management and Program Support to Senior Management with SI.  


  • Support Directorate regarding personnel staffing, workforce planning, management, and overall HR processes
  • Draft position descriptions and Statements of Work in support of DS/SI workforce planning
  • Use database management, project management, and other management processes to keep track of project activities, inquires, and requests, and maintains status through completion
  • Provide a weekly status of HR actions to management
  • Provide a variety of memoranda, position papers, briefing documents, status reports, and cables by collecting, analyzing, and defining data requirements and specifications
  • Establish and maintain liaison with the DS Human Resources directorate (DS/HR) to track and manage DS/SI staffing positions
  • Provide professional and technical expertise, proficiency, guidance, and organizational skills necessary for management of the quality of process reengineering development and evaluation for workforce planning
  • Assist the DS/SI Senior Resource Manager and/or senior management with special projects, as requested
  • Coordinate and provide consultation on multiple projects, studies, and systems analysis associated with personnel security and suitability, and insider threat programs
  • Analyze on-going initiatives to ensure duplication of recommended solutions for procurement is prevented
  • Gather and organize information on problems or procedures
  • Gather and report organizational performance information
  • Analyze data gathered and develop solutions or alternative methods of proceeding
  • Confer with personnel to coordinate business operations
  • Review forms and reports and confer with management and users about format, distribution, and purpose, and to identify problems and improvements
  • Support discussions and/or act as facilitator for business strategies, practices, or policies with managers
  • Document findings of study and prepare recommendations for implementation of new systems, procedures, or organizational changes
  • Prepare research reports as directed/requested/warranted
  • Advise others on business or operational matters as directed/requested/warranted
  • Interview personnel and conduct on-site observation to ascertain unit functions, work performed, and methods, equipment, and personnel used
  • Analyze jobs using observation, survey, or interview techniques
  • Support studies of work problems and procedures, such as organizational change, communications, information flow, integrated production methods, or cost analysis




Must have a Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Human Resources, Organizational Performance/Development, or other closely related field


Required Knowledge/Experience:


6 years minimum of professional job-related experience or equivalent

Must be a self-starter and be able to perform with broad guidance

Ability to track and prioritize tasks and work independently and in a group environment

Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and in a fast paced environment

Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills necessary to interface with program personnel at all levels

Must be highly proficient in computer skills and with MS Office applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
