Under the Information Technology Support Services (ITSS) contract, our organization's 110-member team delivers the full breadth of IT services, including infrastructure engineering and operations, software development and maintenance, cyber security, enterprise architecture support, and document processing. We also provide document processing capabilities in support of the agency’s regulatory mission. We are looking for the best and brightest talent to help the customer realize mission-enabling benefits from implementing leading-edge technologies.



We are currently looking for an Systems Engineer/Infrastructure Lead that directs all phases of project task from inception through completion. Responsible for the cost, schedule and technical performance of company programs or subsystems of major programs. Participates in the negotiation of contract and contract changes. Coordinates the preparation of proposals, business plans, proposal work statements and specifications, operating budgets and financial terms/conditions of contract. Acts as primary customer contact for program task activities, leading program review sessions with customer to discuss cost, schedule, and technical performance. Establishes design concepts, criteria and engineering efforts for product research, development, integration and test. Develops new business or expands the product line with the customer. Establishes milestones and monitors adherence to master plans and schedules, identifies program problems and obtains solutions, such as allocation of resources or changing contractual specifications. Directs the work of employees assigned to the program from technical and administrative areas.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 10+ years of experience which includes architecture, design and implementation of infrastructure enterprise solutions
  • Expert hands-on knowledge architecting, designing and implementing solutions for:
  • Project Management/task management of Tier 3 IT OPS services (Infrastructure service [AD, Network, Linux, Storage, Support])
  • Exchange, O365, email security, unified communications
  • Directory Services (Active Directory, ADFS), SSO, Identity & Access Management (IAM)
  • VMware vSphere 5.x or 6.x

Experience with:

  • MS Windows Servers (AD/DHCP/DNS)
  • Clustering
  • Group policies
  • SQL Server
  • Understanding of :  Cloud, Azure, O365, AWS, MAAS 360
  • Disaster Recovery
