Overview

SkyePoint Decisions has an opening for a Recruiting Administrator located in Dulles, VA. This is a full-time position located at our corporate office in Dulles, VA.  The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated, detail-oriented individual who can work independently and as a team player within a small team environment.

 

The Recruiting Administrator will be responsible for “front end” recruiting efforts to include sourcing, searching and where possible, simple screening of candidates to further build a strong talent pipeline.  In addition, the selected individual will provide support for candidate care, interview coordination, maintenance of the applicant tracking system and other day-to-day administrative duties.

Responsibilities

Full life cycle recruiting to include:

  • Representing SkyePoint to candidates
  • Sourcing/screening candidates for open job opportunities
  • Conducting phone screens and provide summaries of candidates to manager
  • Scheduling candidate interviews with hiring managers
  • Creating and maintaining an active candidate pipeline
  • Creating/posting/maintaining Job Posts
  • Negotiating compensation
  • Documenting status in applicant tracking system

 

Leading an integrated recruiting group to include:

  • Coordinating outsourced recruiters to conduct full life cycle recruiting
  • Working with operations team to identify priorities to meet business needs and execute on need
  • Tracking metrics and report weekly on SLA, time to fill etc.
  • Coordinate and lead external sourcing events IE. job fairs, meet-ups etc.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of related administrative experience
  • Excellent MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and email skills
  • Courteous and professional demeanor
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively
  • Exercises extreme confidentiality
  • Possess strong ability for multitasking
  • Thrives in a fast moving, environment
  • Highly self-directed self-starter
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written)

 

Preferred Experience:

  • 1 year of recruiting department experience preferred
  • General understanding of Federal and State hiring regulations to include OFCCP and EEO preferred
