SkyePoint Decisions, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated, team-oriented individual to fill the role of a SharePoint Architect/Developer.
Develop detailed programming specifications, and program, test and debug complex applications and/or systems programs
Work with the customer to understand and evaluate requirements
Solve business problems with innovative ideas
Provide custom development necessary when requirements exceed out of the box capabilities.
Participate in design and code reviews
Self-motivated, proactive, resourceful and able to work with little to no supervision

Provide detailed and clear documentation on all products
Design, development and deployment of SharePoint apps across the environments.
Developing custom web parts and integrating enterprise content with SharePoint.
Creating automated business solutions using SharePoint Forms/Nintex forms and workflows, as needed.
Produce PowerShell scripts to automate regular tasks, produce reports, simplify complex tasks and fix problems, as needed.
Researching and evaluating alternative solutions and recommending the most efficient and cost-effective solution considering requirements, available SharePoint technology and Governance and Best Practice guidelines.
Active Secret Clearance or ability to obtain Top Secret
5+ years of experience with SharePoint as an admin/developer/architect
Must have experience with SharePoint 2010 and SharePoint Online collaboration sites and document repositories
Proven experience with business and technical requirements analysis, business process modeling/mapping, development/design with a focus on application security.
In-depth experience and knowledge of how to establish and maintain efficient document libraries and custom lists, workflows, and other SharePoint configuration.
Experience with SharePoint Developer and the application of data view web parts.
Ability to create work flows using infopath, flow, or other automation to support business processes in SharePoint.
Experience creating and maintain SharePoint use groups, creating custom views, security settings, and other controlled access solutions to provide info the business executives.
Thorough understanding of the hierarchy of SharePoint sites, sub-sites and pages, and experience configuring and managing these relationships.
Experience creating SharePoint site columns and content types and managing appropriate meta-data.
Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment that relies heavily on SharePoint for communication key business data to a variety of customers.
Experience creating and managing process asset libraries, automated reporting.
Experience creating and managing SQL databases and leveraging content within SharePoint.
SharePoint cloud migration experience (2010 to SharePoint Online).
Understanding of how database content can be portrayed using SharePoint as a platform.
Team oriented individual with ability to work in dynamic environment.
