SkyePoint Decisions, Inc. is seeking a .NET Developer to join our team and to support the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) Joint Operations Center (JOC) Enterprise Telephone Data Warehouse (ETD) project. ETD serves as the Central Data Repository (Warehouse) and reporting portal for the contact center. This position can be located in either New Carrollton, MD or Atlanta, GA. The ETD Team is comprised of SQL/ASP/VB.Net programmers who support and maintain the data repository site for telephone service data which allows clients to track their level of customer service and telephone statistics. In addition to the data repository, the ETD Team also performs operations support, web and database development.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting software development and oversight within a complex enterprise environment with classic ASP that provides an accelerated, and accurate, solution delivery across multiple simultaneous active projects, in traditional waterfall. The products provided to the client are in either Microsoft Excel or HTML. The client's vision is to convert to an agile .Net environment. This role requires comprehensive SDLC understanding and demonstrated successes tailoring corporate level SDLC in compliance with the customer’s SDLC as well as the ability to conform to established procedures. The team is currently functioning under Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI), Level 3.
Experience with Cisco Intelligent Contact Manager.
Experience with Cisco Customer Voice Portal.
Experience with Microsoft SQL 2014.
Experience with Visual Studio 2015.
Experience with database design.
Experience as a System Administrator.
Ability to monitor and maintain data and storage utilization.
Ability to perform SQL performance tuning.
