    SkyePoint Decisions, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated, energetic and proactive individual to join our team in the role of Corporate Delivery Manager. This is a mid-level role, and we are looking for someone who wants to move their career to the next level.  We will help you build it!

    Responsibilities

    • This position spends up to 70% of the time at client locations in the DC Metropolitan area, meeting with employees and clients to ensure employee and customer/client satisfaction through meaningful engagement.
    • Assist with management oversight and direction of a large/diverse workforce, staff morale and productivity, contract awareness, staff utilization, recruiting, and overall administrative management of diverse functional areas.
    • Ensures projects are completed on time and within budget.
    • Proactively management employee performance and conduct annual reviews as required.
    • Acts as advisor to program team regarding projects, tasks, and operations.
    • Direct program activities to meet client and organization work objectives and serves as a liaison with clients to coordinate activities, negotiate tasks, and solve problems.
    • Assure quality of program products, services, and deliverables, including participating in reviews, audits, and site visits.
    • Prepares and provides routine progress reports to management.
    • Ensures compliance with relevant corporate and government policies and standards.
    • Establish goals, plans, and milestones to meet overall program, client, and corporate objectives and clearly and effectively communicate these to the entire staff.
    • Develops and executes a comprehensive communication plan
    • Challenge others to develop as leaders while serving as a role model and inspires team members to attain goals and pursue delivery excellence.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business or a related field. 5 years of experience may be substituted for a degree.
    • Ability to obtain a US Secret clearance or higher
    • 3-5 years’ experience managing teams
    • Demonstrated team-building skills to include experience mentoring and coaching others
    • Identify and mitigate risks to the project, and escalate program risks, as necessary
    • Communicates effectively with all levels of the organization
    • Sees change as an opportunity; adapts quickly to change, and maintains proficiency in changing work environments
    • Ability to travel locally in the Maryland, DC and VA area and occasionally out of state when needed.

    Preferred Experience:

    • PMP Certification
    • Experience supporting federal clients
    • IT Background
