    SkyePoint Decisions Inc. is looking for a highly motivated individual to fill the role of a Siebel CRM Product Services Lead in McLean, VA. The qualified applicant will support Department of State (DOS) Consular Systems Modernization (CSM) Program, for the Bureau of Consular Affairs (CA). This initiative is intended to modernize and consolidate the operational environment under a common technology framework in order to better support the services provided to CA’s customers.

    Responsibilities

    • Maintains the existing Siebel CRM application and capabilities to be used on the Program, including working with the customer to obtain and maintain the tools and services necessary to support current Siebel applications and its associated interfaces
    • Acts as advisor to management and customers on Siebel CRM best practices
    • Performs technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems
    • Act as task lead for Siebel CRM developers, Oracle SOA developers, Oracle BI Publishers and other developers engaged in maintaining Siebel CRM public sector based applications
    • Ensures the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints
    • Performs functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications
    • Manage installs and patches/updates, provides problem resolution, and supports users in the use of Siebel CRM application tools used on the Program
    • Coordinates with the government and/or other providers to ensure that adequate infrastructure and tools are available to support user needs
    • Participates in requirements management, system modeling, configuration management, and other systems engineering activities as appropriate
    • The Siebel Product Services Lead reports to the System Team Manager; local travel may be required up to 10% of the time

    Qualifications

    • Active Secret Clearance
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field and ten (10) years’ experience
    • Experience actively supporting requirements definition and design of large-scale software systems
    • At least 5 years of experience supporting and developing  Siebel applications (using at least versions Siebel 8.1x or higher, such as IP 2015, IP 2016, including Siebel OpenUI)
    • Hands on experience in Siebel Server Administration, maintaining and building/patching multiple environments as well as code bases, Siebel workflow and integration functionalities such as EAI, EIM and thorough understanding of Siebel logical model
    • Experience supporting an Agile development program
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing to effectively interact with multiple teams both internal and external
    • Must have a current, active Secret (or higher) clearance

     

    Preferred Qualifications:

     

    • Experience having planned and established a similar engineering environment
    • Experience supporting system development, integration and test
    • Experience  of software development methodologies, practices, and tools
    • Experience using engineering environments and tools that support agile development, and especially SAFe, such as IBM CLM,  JIRA, Rally, VersionOne, Confluence, CAST software to perform software quality testing and Oracle Application Testing Suite
